The Hand Is Out!

It's been out for a while. I haven't posted on here because I forgot I had this.

It can be viewed here.

Also in other news The Hand is going to a film festival but I will not post anything more on here because KandT.com is now up so for more info on this go here. I will be posting a bit of footage from the Red Carpet Event soon.

And in one more note It looks like there will be a "The Hand 2" but I think I may call it "The Revenge Of The Hand" again go to the link in the 2nd paragraph for more info on that.

Act 3

Act 3 is complete. Expect a new trailer to come out soon. And by the way here are some behind the scenes photos from when we shot it (From The Xanga).

Oops!!!

Crap! Almost forgot to mention the news as seen on the KandT Xanga the 4th Act got cut from the movie. Sorry, I do have good reason though...
1. It's taking out of MY vacation.
2. It's almost impossible with the one man film crew I'd have to use.
3. The whole Act is just a hassle for such a boring ending. Frankly, Act 3 leaves the movie with a better ending. (Although an ending I had planned was friggin' awesome and answered so many questions.)
The thing that sucks is the new ending almost leaves room for a sequel. And I really don't want to do a sequel to the Hand. Once I get into sequel mode it's hard to get out. Soon I'd end up with like 5 and it would just be another CRAPPY slasher franchise.
I much prefer my old ending but what can I do?
Oh well. Deal with it.

Pictures and Poster

Okay the first picture is the official movie poster (like you see when you go to the theater.).
The second one is just kind of a promo picture. It's also on the top of the blog so ya.
No movie stills sorry. Thats kinda hard to do on the mac.

Sneak Peek (Coming Soon)

FILM DAY

A film day has been scheduled!!! For next Saturday. We hope to tackle a good half of the movie.

Cast Change!

Hey bad news we lost a cast member. Everett W. is no longer part of the cast do to some 'Technical' issues. We will try to search for a new cast member but if we have no luck it's going to really suck for the movie. No we are not going to have an open Casting Call so please don't ask. Even if you weren't going to.

Sorry,
Tyler

Film Times.

Well, to start things off yes I'm planning some film times and making mini scripts for action sequences. It's what I do. I was hoping to start things off like this.

April- All of Act 2

June or July- Act 1

April andJune- Act 3

July or Early August- Act 4

Yay! I have no idea on most of this stuff. But as for editing that will most likely take place from August-September. We are hoping to get all 30min into 1 big video. But that probably won't happen. If it doesn't then we'll split it into 4 acts. I know for sure if I do a director's commentary I'm doing it in 4 parts. I don't have time to do that more then once just for a commentary.

So any way, just enjoy what ever you get. I really have to promises on anything like Movie size, release dates, or if it will even come out when I want it to. I just hope it does after this 2 year wait.

See yuh,

Tyler Moore
